ROLE
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools
- Participate in brainstorming content ideas and social media strategies
- Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar
- Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and inquiries, and respond promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategy
- Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings to the Social Media Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
